"Ever since bareMinerals came out, I always thought it was just one of those things that people craze over but it really isn't that good. Then, when I a friend recommend bareMinerals to me, I decided to try it. I recieved a free ten-day trial of this foundation in light. What I have found out, is that the Bare Escentuals saying is real: Try, Believe, Love. I love this foundation! It seems to give my skin such a natural look. I have extremely sensitive skin, so I was actually hesitant to trying this, because of some reviews I saw that reported irritation and itchiness from this product. But I really do love this product. The coverage is buildable, but careful not to put on too much because too much can look a bit cakey. I love this foundation because it feels so light, and I hate the feeling of cakey liquid foundation. It takes great pictures, doesn't irritate skin, and it lasts for a good amount of time! Recommend for sure!

    "This is a great product for people who are looking for a make-up with a natural look. I have had trouble with my skin for many years, and of all the foundations I have used bareminerals seems to irritate my skin the least. It gives a natural look and a luminosity that is hard to find with other make-ups.

Now given that I have had skin problems and still continue to have break-outs (although much less now that I have started using this product), I still give this product 5 stars because I have never been so satisfied with any make-up before in my life - although it is definitely no miracle!

I still use a coverup stick to cover up break-outs or red spots before applying the bareminerals powder. I have also found that if you use a bit of the powder concentrated on the tip of a sponge or Q-tip and apply it directly to a blemish that it will give a bit more coverage. In general I apply the powder more than once a day. I also wear sunscreen on my face every day, and I have to make sure that the sunscreen completely dries before I apply the powder or I do get a cakey look. Yet when I follow all my own advice, the makeup gives a beautiful look that is hard to mimic with any other product. I feel like I am wearing no makeup, and people comment on how good my skin looks - which is amazing for me to hear considering how sensitive and break-out prone my skin really is! "

    "This is the only makeup I'll use. I tried it out a few years ago and didn't really keep up with using it because the color that was recommended to me was way to dark. I tried it again in a shade that actually matches me perfect (Light) and I love it. I have acne prone skin and liquid makeup just made it worse. This evens out my skin tone, has adjustable coverage depending on which brush you use, and doesn't feel like your wearing much make up at all. I'll never go back to liquid makeup.

I actually hate bare minerals brushes (except for the concealer brush) so I bought the Too Faced Retractable Kabuki brush and I highly recommend it. SO much softer and less irritating on your skin. Perfect in conjunction with this makeup.

    "I was so impressed with the skincare line that I decided to invest in the makeup line as well and I LOVE it!! I bought the foundation in medium tan, the mineral veil, the clear radiance, the concealer in honey bisque, and the blush in golden gate. Everyday I look forward to applying my makeup and I'm further impressed with the staying power this makeup line has. I usually apply it at 7:30 am and it is still going strong by 5pm with no touch ups needed. My only qualm with this makeup line is that I wish it was more portable(similar to the portability of the Trish McAvoy makeup planner).
