"My skin looks gorgeous with this powder. It feels great going on, like you are applying water to your face. Powder is usually hard to apply, but this one blends easily and smoothly. The powder is milled more finely than the more popular mineral powder, so it goes on better, and the finish is amazing. It has light coverage by itself, but on days that more coverage is needed, it is great applied over liquid foundation as well. My skin tends to get shiny as the day goes on, but with this powder, my skin doesn't get oily. This is pretty expensive for a powder, but if you're done with all the mineral powders out there that you aren't satisfied with, this one is different... it's better.

    "I have been using Philosophy Supernatural Airbrushed Canvas for years and was very excited to try Dior's powder foundation since I love all of thier products. This product doesn't disapoint. I was a taken aback a bit when I brushed it on and it was... COLD! A Dior sales rep told me it's cold b/c of the high concentration of water. I wore this all day and to my delight I didn't have to blot my face at all (I have oily skin and tend to get shiny by the end of the day). This product gave me a very smooth finish but I had to apply more than I usually use of the Philosophy brand. I am assuming it is the difference in application (Philosophy has the pouf top applicator and Dior's goes on with a brush). I will contine to use Philosophy for those times when I need to get ready fast due to the ease of appliation but the Dior is definately a must have for special occasions or when you want to look your best.
